Job Title: Billing Compliance Investigator

Duties:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims, addressing errors and rejections effectively.
• Post payments and adjustments, maintaining accurate patient account records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to complete billing processes.
• Generate and analyze aging reports, addressing overdue accounts promptly.
• Assist patients with billing inquiries, setting up payment arrangements as needed.
• Handle escalations and refer complex cases to supervisors.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School diploma with equivalent experience (4+ years) required.

Stipend:

• Weekly: $1,550 - $2,100
• Monthly: $6,200 - $8,400
