Job Title: Revenue Cycle Specialist
Duties:
Review and reconcile patient accounts, ensuring accurate claim submissions.
Resolve claim edits, denials, and correspondence promptly.
Process payments, adjustments, and refunds accurately in patient accounting systems.
Coordinate with patients to establish payment plans and provide billing support.
Create and review aging reports, following up with insurance companies and patients to resolve overdue accounts.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all billing activities and attend relevant training.
Skills Required:
Strong attention to detail and experience in billing processes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or High School diploma with relevant experience (4+ years).
