Job Title: Laboratory Support Specialist

Summary:

• Provide administrative support by maintaining departmental records and handling laboratory data.
• Accession specimens and deliver test results to healthcare staff with appropriate authorization.
• Manage phone communications and route calls to the correct departments.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and safety procedures for handling biohazardous materials.
• Support laboratory performance improvement initiatives.

Skills:

• Proficiency in LIS and general computer applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Range:
$23.00 - $34.00 per hour.
