Pharmaceutical Care Specialist
Responsibilities: As a Pharmaceutical Care Specialist, you will provide direct patient care by assessing medication therapies, ensuring optimal drug utilization, and collaborating with healthcare teams to modify treatment plans. You'll assist in the management of complex cases, offering drug counseling to patients, and contributing to clinical decision-making with a focus on improving patient outcomes. You will also monitor adverse drug reactions and provide recommendations for therapy adjustments as needed.
