Dietetic Care Manager
Responsibilities: The Dietetic Care Manager will oversee the nutritional care provided to patients, ensuring that dietary treatments are effective and in alignment with their medical conditions. You will collaborate with healthcare providers, assess patients' individual needs, and develop tailored nutrition plans. This role also includes monitoring patient progress, adjusting care plans, and educating both patients and staff on diet-related health topics.
Required Skills: Expertise in clinical nutrition, strong leadership and management abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications: RD/RDN, experience in clinical nutrition management, and supervisory experience.
