Nutrition Program Coordinator
Responsibilities: The Nutrition Program Coordinator will lead and manage community or hospital-based nutrition programs, designing and implementing nutrition interventions tailored to specific populations. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to assess community needs, create educational materials, and deliver nutrition workshops or counseling. You will also track program effectiveness, monitor patient outcomes, and ensure that nutrition programs are in compliance with health regulations and standards.
Required Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to design and implement nutrition programs, excellent presentation and teaching abilities, and knowledge of public health nutrition.
Qualifications: RD/RDN, public health nutrition experience, and program management experience.
