Nutritional Therapy Manager
Responsibilities: The Nutritional Therapy Manager will oversee the implementation of therapeutic nutrition programs for patients with chronic or acute health conditions. You will assess patients' dietary needs, develop nutrition care plans, and supervise a team of dietitians and nutrition assistants. You will also educate patients about their nutrition needs, collaborate with physicians to adjust care plans, and ensure that nutritional interventions align with medical treatments.
Required Skills: Leadership and management skills, in-depth knowledge of medical nutrition therapy, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to manage complex care plans.
Qualifications: RD/RDN, experience in clinical nutrition therapy management, and supervisory experience.
