Clinical Pharmacy Manager
Responsibilities: The Clinical Pharmacy Manager will manage the clinical aspects of pharmacy services, ensuring that patients receive optimal medication therapy. You will oversee medication reviews, collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and provide counseling to patients regarding their medications. You will also manage pharmacy staff and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Required Skills: Strong clinical knowledge of pharmacology, leadership skills, experience in patient care, and excellent communication abilities.
Qualifications: Pharm.D., board certification in clinical pharmacy, clinical management experience.
