Pharmacy Team Lead
Responsibilities: As a Pharmacy Team Lead, you will oversee the work of pharmacy technicians and support staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the pharmacy. You will be responsible for training new employees, ensuring the accuracy of prescriptions, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations. You will also assist in managing inventory and supervising daily pharmacy operations.
Required Skills: Leadership skills, attention to detail, proficiency in pharmacy software, and strong interpersonal communication.
Qualifications: Pharm.D., state licensure, and prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role in pharmacy.
