You will lead the pharmacy team in providing medication therapy management, ensuring that patient care is optimized. Additionally, you will collaborate with healthcare providers, manage medication inventory, and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.

• Qualifications: Pharm.D., board certification in pharmaceutical services, leadership experience in a pharmacy setting.
