Job Title: Advanced Nuclear Medicine Specialist

Duties:

• Perform advanced nuclear medicine imaging and therapeutic procedures.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and ensure safe handling and disposal of materials.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure quality results.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide appropriate care during procedures.
• Keep detailed records of all imaging studies and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive diagnostic information.
• Participate in continuing education to stay updated with advancements in nuclear medicine.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in advanced nuclear imaging techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

• NYSDOH license as a nuclear medicine technologist required.
• Certification through ARRT or NMTCB.
• BLS certification preferred.

Pay Range:

• Weekly: $1,450 - $1,900
• Monthly: $5,800 - $7,600
