Job Title: Nuclear Imaging Technologist

Duties:

• Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine technologies.
• Administer and track radiopharmaceuticals according to protocols.
• Ensure equipment is functioning properly and perform routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to analyze and interpret imaging results.
• Maintain thorough documentation for each procedure and adhere to quality standards.
• Educate patients about nuclear medicine procedures and address any concerns.
• Comply with all safety guidelines to minimize radiation exposure risks.

Skills Required:

• At least 1 year of experience in nuclear imaging.
• Knowledge of radiopharmaceutical preparation and safety practices.

Education:

• NYSDOH license as a nuclear medicine technologist.
• Certification through ARRT or NMTCB mandatory.
• BLS certification preferred.

Pay Range:

• Weekly: $1,400 - $1,850
• Monthly: $5,600 - $7,400
