Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist I

Duties:

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures using state-of-the-art imaging equipment.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and ensure accurate imaging results.
• Conduct quality control tests on equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records and procedural logs.
• Educate patients about procedures and provide emotional support throughout the process.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care and efficient workflow.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 1 year of nuclear medicine experience.
• Familiarity with advanced imaging equipment and radiation safety guidelines.

Education:

• NYSDOH license as a nuclear medicine technologist required.
• Certification through ARRT or NMTCB.
• BLS certification preferred.

Pay Range:

• Weekly: $1,350 - $1,750
• Monthly: $5,400 - $7,000
