Registered Nurse - School Health Services

• Pay: Total stipend of $118,000 annually

Qualifications:

1. Registered Nurse (RN) with valid certification
2. CPR and First Aid certifications required
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Experience with children or adolescents in a healthcare setting preferred

Performance Responsibilities:

• Provide daily healthcare services for students from Pre-K to Elementary, ensuring students’ health needs are met throughout the school day.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor health conditions, and provide first aid for minor injuries.
• Participate in the development of individualized health plans for students with chronic conditions.
• Conduct mandated health screenings (vision, hearing, etc.) and maintain proper documentation of results.
• Support and educate staff and parents on health-related issues, including allergies, asthma, and other chronic conditions.

Respond to health emergencies, providing immediate care and coordinating with local healthcare providers if necessary.
