Job Title: Licensed Pharmacist - IV Specialist

Summary:

• Prepare and compound prescribed medications, including IV mixtures and other pharmaceuticals.
• Utilize EPIC for accurate prescription and medication management.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and maintain proper documentation.
• Work rotating weekends as part of the assignment schedule.

Skills:

• Proficiency in IV preparation and compounding techniques.
• Experience with EPIC software preferred.

Education & Licensure:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Licensed Pharmacist by NYS.

Pay Range:
$50.00 - $70.00 per hour.
