Job Title: Mammography Imaging Technician

Duties:

• Operate mammography equipment to perform routine screenings and diagnostic imaging.
• Ensure compliance with departmental protocols for positioning, compression, and imaging techniques.
• Label and evaluate images for quality before transferring them to PACS.
• Maintain detailed records in the tracking system for all patient studies.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards outlined by MQSA and other governing bodies.

Skills Required:

• Strong technical skills with mammography equipment.
• Effective communication and patient care abilities.

Education:

• New York State Diagnostic Radiography License required.
• ARRT certification mandatory.

Pay Range:

• Weekly: $2,300 - $2,550
• Monthly: $9,200 - $10,200
