Acute Care Dialysis Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:

Delivers expert nursing care for acutely ill patients requiring dialysis, managing treatments and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Essential Duties:

Perform patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis sessions.
Prepare and administer prescribed dialysis therapy.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to adjust care plans based on patient responses.
