Job Title: Certified Surgical Technician - OR Specialist
Duties:

• Prepare and organize surgical instruments and supplies for operative procedures.
• Assist surgeons by handing sterile instruments during surgery.
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure compliance with surgical protocols.
• Check equipment functionality and report issues promptly.
• Collect and handle specimens following proper procedures.
• Participate in post-operative cleanup and preparation for the next case.

Skills:

• 2 years of scrub experience in a high-volume OR environment.

Education:

• Completion of high school or equivalent.
• Current NBSTSA CST and AHA BLS certifications are mandatory.

Pay Range:

• Weekly: $1,625 - $1,850
• Monthly: $6,500 - $7,400
