Duties:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications, including oncology treatments and compounded formulations.
• Provide therapeutic and dosing recommendations to the healthcare team.
• Conduct comprehensive patient education sessions on medication safety and adherence.
• Monitor and evaluate drug therapy outcomes.

Skills:

• Oncology and compounding expertise preferred.
• Proficiency in patient education and drug therapy monitoring.

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited College of Pharmacy (ACPE).

Pay Range:
$56.00 - $74.00 per hour.
