Job Summary:
Provides specialized nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac and vital sign monitoring in a telemetry unit.
Essential Duties:
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings for signs of cardiac or respiratory changes.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families about telemetry monitoring and recovery.
