• Prepare and compound IV mixtures and prescribed medications with accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize EPIC for prescription management and patient records.
• Participate in weekday and alternating weekend shifts, ensuring high-quality pharmacy services.

Skills:

• Expertise in IV compounding techniques.
• Familiarity with EPIC system operations.

Education & Licensure:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy and NYS Pharmacist License required.

Pay Range:
$55.00 - $75.00 per hour.
