Job Title: Pharmacist - Compounding and Dispensing

Summary:

• Compound prescribed medications, including IV pharmaceuticals, and dispense as per physician orders.
• Maintain detailed documentation using EPIC and follow pharmacy safety standards.
• Work as part of a team with alternating weekend coverage.

Skills:

• Proficient in IV preparation and EPIC management.
• Knowledge of pharmacy safety protocols and standards.

Education & Licensure:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Licensed Pharmacist by NYS.

Pay Range:
$54.00 - $74.00 per hour.
