Psychiatric Rehabilitation Technician

Job Summary: Works with individuals with mental health conditions to help them integrate into society through rehabilitation programs and support services.

Essential Duties:

Monitor patients’ behaviors and report on changes to treatment teams.
Assist patients in developing coping skills and managing daily living tasks.
Facilitate group discussions and therapeutic activities as part of a rehabilitation program.

Ensure the therapeutic environment remains safe, clean, and supportive for all patients.
