Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant - Licensed
Location: North Cape May, NJ 08204
Duration: 13-week contract (extendable)
Shift: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM)

Pay: $32 - $33/hour (W2)

Responsibilities:

Provide home-based occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and treatment plans established by occupational therapists.
Coordinate weekly therapy sessions in collaboration with patients, families, or caregivers to ensure active participation and adherence to OT training.
Utilize interdisciplinary team communication and therapeutic techniques to support patients in reaching their full potential.
Apply clinical techniques, cognitive/perceptual activities, transfers, and ADL (Activities of Daily Living) retraining to improve patient outcomes.
Build strong rapport with clients and patients to foster a positive therapeutic environment.
Effectively manage time and therapy schedules to maximize efficiency and patient care.

Certification Requirements:

Active COTA License (Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant)
