Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg ICU (Night Shift)

Location: Healthcare Facilities across NYC (Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens)
Pay Rate: $60 - $65 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized Medical/Surgical ICU care, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
• Perform IV insertions, phlebotomy, and administer conscious sedation as required.
• Continuously monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to any changes.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records to ensure quality care and compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical ICU, with proficiency in IV insertion, phlebotomy, and conscious sedation.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – New York State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA Certified.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – AHA Certified.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced ICU environment, making quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
