Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg ICU (Day Shift)
Location: Healthcare Facilities across NYC (Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens) Pay Rate: $60 - $65 per hour
Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized Medical/Surgical ICU care, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
Perform IV insertions, phlebotomy, and administer conscious sedation as required.
Continuously monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to any changes.
Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records to ensure quality care and compliance.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical ICU, with proficiency in IV insertion, phlebotomy, and conscious sedation.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – New York State.
Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA Certified.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – AHA Certified.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced ICU environment, making quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
