Job Title: RN - Critical Care (Pediatric ICU)

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Night Shift RNs for our Pediatric ICU (PICU). Candidates must have at least 3 years of recent PICU experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma Center. The position requires every other weekend and some holiday shifts. EPIC experience is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Active RN License in the state of New York

• BLS Certification (must be certified or able to recertify)

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience (within the past 2 years) in an acute care facility of similar size and level

• Travel RNs must have experience in hospitals of equal or greater size or trauma centers

• EPIC EMR experience is highly preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a high-acuity PICU setting

• Perform thorough nursing assessments with minimal supervision

• Ensure accurate documentation in EPIC EMR

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care

• Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory guidelines
