Job Title: RN - Case Manager / Utilization Review / Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI)

We are seeking an experienced RN - Case Manager with a strong background in acute care hospital case management and proficiency in EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Candidates with Emergency Department Case Management (ED CM) experience are preferred.

Qualifications:

• Active RN License in the state of New York

• BLS Certification (must be certified or able to recertify)

• Minimum 1.5 years of recent experience (within the past 2 years) in an acute care facility of similar size and level

• Experience in hospitals of equal or greater size or trauma centers is required for travelers

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Emergency Department Case Management (ED CM) experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform utilization review, case management, and clinical documentation improvement (CDI)

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and resource utilization

• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation in EPIC EMR

• Advocate for patients while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
