Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (ED)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department (ED) team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in providing urgent and comprehensive care to patients in a fast-paced emergency setting. Our ED RNs are trained to handle various trauma situations and medical emergencies, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through critical decision-making and compassionate care.
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized emergency care for patients of all ages.
Assess and prioritize patient conditions based on severity and medical needs.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Perform necessary therapeutic interventions and procedures within the ED scope of practice.
Monitor and document patient progress while adhering to evidence-based practices.
Effectively communicate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
Respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions, ensuring prompt medical intervention.
Adhere to all emergency department policies and protocols.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum one year of recent Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience required. Experience as a returning traveler preferred.
Education: N/A
Licensure: Active New Jersey RN license or multi-state compact license.

BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)
PALS (AHA)
NIHSS
CEU Contact Stroke – 4 Hours

Shifts: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week)
