Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Montour Falls, NY 14865

Schedule:

• Shift: Evening (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

• Shifts per Week: 5x8

• Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Compensation:

• Up to $1,000 weekly (Local)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional patient care in Montour Falls, NY. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily activities, ensure their comfort, and collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain high-quality patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate patient care and support

• Respond to patient calls and determine the best course of assistance

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, and exercise

• Turn and reposition bedridden patients to prevent pressure sores

• Ensure patients receive the correct dietary intake based on their restrictions and preferences

• Obtain and document patient information from physicians, nurses, and caregivers

• Measure and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration rate)

• Track and report food/liquid intake and urinary/fecal output

• Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of CNA experience required

Education & Licensure:

• Current New York State CNA license (Required)

• BLS Certification (American Heart Association) (Required)
