Job Title: Spanish Healthcare Administrative Coordinator
Location: New York, NY 10029
Shift: Monday to Friday, Business Hours (37.5 hours per week)
Contract Duration: 3+ Months (Potential Extension)
Pay Rate: $21/Hour
We are seeking an experienced Spanish Healthcare Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and office support in a healthcare setting. The role includes overseeing administrative processes, assisting with budgeting and payroll, managing supplies, coordinating events, and ensuring efficient office operations. This position may oversee 1-2 administrative staff and reports to a department head or executive leader.
Provide administrative support, answer inquiries, and direct requests appropriately.
Assist with budgeting, grant allocations, and maintaining balanced accounts.
Process payroll transactions and liaise with HR to resolve issues.
Manage office supplies, track vendor contracts, and renew as needed.
Plan and coordinate logistics for meetings, forums, and conferences.
Develop and distribute informational materials such as brochures and flyers.
Compile reports, analyze data, and prepare statistical reports.
Support grant applications, special projects, and accreditation preparations.
Train and mentor new administrative staff, oversee workflow, and set deadlines.
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Intermediate Level).
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
