Job Title: Hospital Pharmacist 
Location: Healthcare Facilities across NJ, NY & Upstate NY 
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week) 

Pay Range: $3950/Week 

Job Description: 

We are seeking a Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at various healthcare facilities in NJ, NY, and Upstate NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications and providing expert pharmaceutical care in a dynamic healthcare environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently using the pharmacy dispensing system. 

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal medication management and patient care. 

• Engage in sterile processing and IV room activities to support safe medication preparation. 

• Maintain up-to-date patient records and utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems as required. 

• Adhere to all regulatory standards and organizational policies regarding pharmaceutical care. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacist. 

• Proficient in using pharmacy dispensing systems. 

• Experience with sterile processing and IV room operations. 

• Familiarity with EMR systems is preferred. 

Education & Certifications: 

• Minimum Degree Required: Professional degree (J.D., M.D., D.D.S., or Pharm. D.) 

• Valid license to practice as a pharmacist in the state (Primary Source Verification required). 

• Current Pharmacist License. 

• Sterile Processing Certification. 

Languages: Proficient in English (speak, read, and write).
