Organizational Change Manager (Senior/SME) – SAP ERP Implementation

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies for a large-scale SAP ERP implementation across multiple locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition to new systems and processes while minimizing resistance to change.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) framework.
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments across departments and administrative units.
  • Identify and train key change agents within different locations to serve as OCM facilitators.
  • Ensure alignment between ERP implementation teams and end users.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Develop and maintain a Stakeholder Communications Plan.
  • Conduct engagement sessions with various stakeholders to ensure buy-in and adoption.
  • Assess existing communication and training channels and recommend enhancements.

Training & Post-Implementation Support

  • Oversee the development of training materials and review content for effectiveness.
  • Ensure end users have access to comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer resources.
  • Provide post-go-live support, ensuring a smooth transition and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (or equivalent certification required).
  • Experience with public sector or education ERP implementations (preferred).
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training design.
  • Ability to manage change across multi-site projects.
