Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay: $45 – $50/hr
Shifts: 3x12-Hour (Days: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Nights: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)

Job Overview:

Seeking an experienced RRT to provide advanced respiratory care, including ECMO management, ventilator adjustments, airway management, and oxygen therapy in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor ECMO systems.
Adjust and troubleshoot ventilators (BiPAP, CPAP, mechanical).
Assist with intubation, extubation, and trach care.
Administer respiratory medications and oxygen therapy.
Perform ABG analysis, patient transport, and pulmonary hygiene.
Document patient progress in Excellian/Epic EMR.

Requirements:

2+ years of RRT experience (1+ year ECMO)
Active State RRT License
ACLS, BLS, PALS – Required
