Schedule:

Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday & Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Overview:

Seeking a Medical Assistant to join a dynamic healthcare team in South Bend, IN. This role requires at least one year of experience (excluding externships) and strong skills in phlebotomy, venipuncture, and EMR systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and passionate about health education and patient outreach.

Responsibilities:

Assist with patient care, phlebotomy, and venipuncture.
Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure documentation accuracy.
Support occupational health services (preferred but not required).

Requirements:

Medical Assistant Certificate
BLS Certification – Required
Occupational Health experience – Preferred
Strong computer and communication skills
