Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care
Location: Bismarck, ND
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay: $40 to $45 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional patient care in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for medication administration, clinical documentation, and assisting with daily patient needs while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any concerns to RNs and physicians.
• Assist with wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and phlebotomy.
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and post-care instructions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Provide compassionate support for patients with daily living activities.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN License in the state of North Dakota.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or long-term care setting.
• AHA BLS Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of patient care, medication administration, and infection control procedures.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
