Job Title: Senior Application Architect – PeopleSoft
Location: Chelsea, MA (Hybrid)
Duration: 3 Months (Likely Extension)

Job Summary:

The Senior Application Architect – PeopleSoft will support and enhance the HRCMS (Human Resources/Compensation Management System), an Oracle/PeopleSoft HR and Payroll application. This role requires expertise in PeopleSoft HCM development, system architecture, and troubleshooting to ensure 24/7 operations. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, managing system configurations, enhancements, and issue resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance PeopleSoft HCM applications.
• Stay updated on PeopleSoft Images, tax updates, and patches.
• Take ownership of projects from design to production deployment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot application issues.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams on system implementation and configuration.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 Accessibility requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 application support.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft developer working on complex systems.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM Module and Oracle/PeopleSoft development tools (App Designer, App Engine, Component Interfaces, SQR, Data Mover, Shell Scripting).
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and database management.
• Experience with Informatica IICS, AWS Redshift, Cognos Reporting, and Linux shell scripting.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and service delivery best practices.
• Proficiency in front-end development (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a collaborative team environment.
