Post-Anesthesia Care Unit Nurse
Responsibilities: As a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Nurse, you will provide care to patients recovering from anesthesia following surgical procedures. Your responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, managing pain, ensuring patient comfort, and observing for any complications related to anesthesia. You will collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgeons to ensure safe recovery and provide patient education regarding post-operative care and recovery at home.
Required Skills: Expertise in post-anesthesia care, strong assessment and monitoring skills, ability to manage pain and post-operative complications, effective communication with patients and the surgical team.
