Position: RN – Med Surg
Location: Bricktown, NJ, 08724
Contract: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Schedule: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (3 x 12-hour shifts)

Compensation: $2,200 - $2,500 per week (Depending on Experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong MS/Tele background to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and implementing nursing interventions, and ensuring comprehensive documentation of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and manage care for assigned patients.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care through ongoing assessment.
• Identify patient needs and prioritize care based on medical diagnosis and patient condition.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions in accordance with professional standards.
• Document care in compliance with standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
• Advocate for evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.
• Deliver patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing practice models.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit.
• Active New Jersey RN License (Required).
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
