Community Health Pharmacist

Qualifications:

B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD.
NYS licensed; experience in community health or public health settings preferred.
Strong patient education and outreach skills.
Must pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties:

Provides medication consultations for underserved or at-risk populations.
Dispenses medications and advises patients on proper use.
Works with community healthcare teams to improve medication adherence.
Assists in outreach programs related to medication safety and disease prevention.
Ensures compliance with health department regulations.

Pay: Low weekly pay range: $2,000 - $2,500 per week
