Registered Nurse – OB/GYN Triage Nurse

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience in obstetric or gynecologic nursing.
• BLS, ACLS, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
• Strong ability to assess pregnancy-related symptoms and complications.

Duties:

• Triage pregnant patients for labor symptoms, complications, and routine concerns.
• Assess conditions such as contractions, bleeding, and fetal movement changes.
• Provide guidance on prenatal care, postpartum recovery, and gynecologic conditions.
• Assist in emergency interventions for preterm labor and fetal distress.
• Educate patients on symptom management and when to seek further care.
• Collaborate with obstetricians and midwives for appropriate patient referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of triage assessments and patient education.
