Advanced Mammography Technologist
Qualifications:
AAS in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
NYS license/registration or eligible.
ARRT certification in Mammography.
Minimum one year of experience in advanced breast imaging.
Current CPR certification.
Must pass pre-employment health clearance.
Duties:
Conducts mammograms, diagnostic imaging, and interventional breast procedures.
Works closely with radiologists to ensure precise imaging and diagnosis.
Adheres to quality assurance protocols per ACR and MQSA guidelines.
Assists in complex breast imaging exams, including digital tomosynthesis.
Ensures proper data entry for tracking and billing purposes.
Monitors and calibrates mammography equipment for accurate results.
Pay: Medium weekly pay range: $2,200 - $2,700 per week
