Registered Nurse – Ambulatory Care Specialist

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an ambulatory or outpatient care setting.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong patient assessment and triage skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Duties:

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and provide wound care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-visit care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
• Assist with minor medical procedures and prepare patients for diagnostic tests.
• Document patient interactions accurately in the EMR system.

Pay:

• Medium weekly pay range: $1,800 - $2,200
