Registered Nurse – Ambulatory Care

Qualifications:

• Current New York State Registration.
• Certified in BLS and able to be recertified.
• Minimum of two years of recent experience in an acute care facility of similar size and level.
• Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records preferred.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance and background checks.

Duties:

• Provides patient care in an outpatient setting, including assessments and treatment planning.
• Administers medications and assists with minor procedures.
• Educates patients on chronic disease management and preventive care.
• Coordinates follow-up care with specialists and primary care providers.
• Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Pay: Medium weekly pay range: $2,500 - $3,200 per week
