Registered Nurse – Pediatric Neurosurgery OR Nurse

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience in pediatric neurosurgery.
• PALS and BLS certification required; CNOR preferred.
• Strong knowledge of neurosurgical procedures, including craniotomies and shunt placements.

Duties:

• Provide nursing care for pediatric patients undergoing neurosurgical procedures.
• Assist in sterile preparation, surgical draping, and positioning.
• Work closely with pediatric neurosurgeons and anesthesiologists.
• Monitor patients for intracranial pressure and neurological stability.
• Maintain proper handling of surgical instruments and sterile fields.
• Document intraoperative interventions and anesthesia responses.
• Ensure adherence to pediatric neurosurgical protocols and infection control standards.

Pay:

• Medium weekly pay range: $2,500 - $3,200
