Registered Nurse (RN) - Unit Manager
Location: West Reading, PA 19611
Pay Rate: $55/hr - $59/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Department: Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our skilled nursing facility team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to manage and support staff effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and mentor new staff members.
• Supervise nursing staff during shifts to ensure quality care.
• Manage departmental budgeting and resource allocation.
• Address and resolve patient concerns professionally.
• Enforce policies and discipline staff when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Active RN state license (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• COVID-19 Vaccination Card (Required)
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience (Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
