Registered Nurse – Interventional Cardiology Nurse

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with at least 2 years of experience in cardiac interventional procedures.
• ACLS and BLS certification required; CCRN preferred.
• Experience assisting with angioplasty, stent placements, and electrophysiology studies.
• Strong knowledge of sedation management and emergency cardiovascular interventions.

Duties:

• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care for interventional cardiology patients.
• Assist cardiologists during percutaneous coronary interventions (PCIs) and other cardiac procedures.
• Monitor and manage patients receiving conscious sedation.
• Educate patients on cardiac health, rehabilitation, and medication adherence.
• Identify and intervene in cardiac emergencies such as STEMI or arrhythmias.
• Ensure documentation of all medications, procedures, and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, and cath lab technicians.

Pay:

• Hourly pay range: $68 - $70
