Registered Nurse – Postpartum Mental Health Nurse

Qualifications:

Current RN license with at least 2 years of experience in postpartum or psychiatric nursing.
Certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) preferred.
BLS certification required.
Strong understanding of postpartum depression, anxiety, and mental health disorders.

Duties:

Assess postpartum patients for signs of depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.
Provide emotional support and mental health screenings.
Educate families on postpartum mental health warning signs and treatment options.
Collaborate with behavioral health specialists for appropriate interventions.
Assist in medication management for patients requiring psychiatric support.
Offer guidance on sleep, nutrition, and stress management techniques.
Document mental health assessments and patient progress accurately.

Pay:

Hourly pay range: $68 - $70
