Description:
The RN Labor and Delivery/Postpartum Nurse provides support throughout the entire birth process, including labor, delivery, and post-partum care. This nurse will assess and monitor patients in labor, assist with deliveries, and ensure the well-being of both mother and baby during recovery. The position requires 12-hour night shifts, with an emphasis on emergency delivery support.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Labor and Delivery and postpartum care.
• Proficient in fetal heart rate monitoring, labor management, and delivery assistance.
• Experience in post-partum assessments, including newborn care.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage complications.
• Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
