The RN Acute Care Emergency Room Nurse provides high-quality care for patients in an emergency department, including trauma cases and other urgent medical conditions. This nurse is responsible for stabilizing patients, providing care across all age groups, and collaborating with the healthcare team for optimal outcomes. The role involves rotating weekend and holiday shifts, and the nurse must be certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENCP.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 3 years of experience in emergency or acute care.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENCP.
• Experience managing acute cases in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Ability to manage a 4:1 patient ratio effectively.
• Willingness to rotate weekend and holiday shifts.
